QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School graduate
  • Marketing background a plus
  • Non-profit background a plus
  • Computer literate
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop, and like programs, is extremely helpful
  • ​Outgoing with good verbal and written communication skills
  • Neat and clean appearance

Program Manager

​       RESPONSIBILITIES and DUTIES

  • Full-time
  • Occasional evening and weekends, during events or special projects
  • Coordinate projects and events; artwork, sponsors, registration, volunteers, vendors, etc...
  • Maintain program records and reports that have to be given to state level Main Street Program
  • Attend monthly City Commission meetings and give quarterly reports at meetings
  • Maintain financial records in conjunction with the organizations Treasurer
  • Give a monthly report to the organizations Board, on your activity for the prior month
  • Small amount of traveling to attend four mandatory, state required trainings/conferences (three are within Oklahoma and one conference is held out of state
